Toroidal Transformers
Due to the increasing application of electronic devices, the demand for toroidal transformers has substantially grown.
This is because toroidal transformers have the
ideal shape for the efficient transfer of electric power. The efficiency is higher than that attained by EI transformers and they save space and weight.

Other important advantages in favor of the
application of toroidal transformers are:

  Low magnetic stray field due to the absence of an air gap and the copper wound layers, which totally cover the core.

   Low magnetizing current and no magnetic hum due to the absence of an air gap.

   Low temperature rise due to the high efficiency.

Standard toroidal transformers
The standard toroidal transformers we
manufacture meet the requirements of IEC61558, applying to isolating transformers.

This round transformer family is basically suitable
for 12V-halogen lighting.

Primary voltage: 220-240 volts, single phase, 50/60Hz

Secondary voltage: 12 volts, 25-200VA

Insulation class: B (130°C)

Dielectric Strength: double isolation, 4200V primary-secondary
